What this site collects

This website is static. It does not require accounts, and it does not store form submissions on a backend today (the contact form is a UI stub).

If you contact me on WhatsApp or email, the personal data you choose to share (name, phone number, message content) is used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide real estate services if we work together.

How data is used

Personal data is used for communication related to your property enquiry and professional service delivery. It is not sold.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to or correction of personal data held about you in the course of our professional relationship. Contact me via WhatsApp or the details on the contact page to make a request.

Hosting and logs

The site host may process standard technical logs (for example IP address, user agent, and request path) for security and reliability. Those logs are governed by the host's policies.
